  Greg Laswell算是M-INSTYLE的常客了，这里许多人对这个来自美国的创作艺人非常青睐，而他的许多作品也被收录于一些美剧中，或许他的低声吟唱打动了许多人，因为他所演绎的作品总是会透露出莫名的伤感.

Greg Laswell，儒雅才情的独立音乐人，并身兼录音师和制作人多职于一身，同时也是媒体评论界的宠儿，不过令他更出名的可能是07年和偶像明星Mandy Moore的短暂恋情。出道近7年发行了3张专辑和2张EP，多首歌曲被用于多部美剧中，Smallville，Grey's Anatomy，90210，Dollhouse，Damages等等。

今天Greg在自己的myspace上发布了这张EP的发行日期：10月6日。这是他的第三张单曲，如其名曰收录的5首全是翻唱作品，分别来自Echo & The Bunnymen，Morphine，Mazzy Star，Kate Bush和Kristin Hersh。其中翻唱Kristin Hersh的那首Your Ghost已提前发布，并被KCRW电台选作8月4日的top tune。关于这张EP，第一次走翻唱路线的Grey说道：“This EP let me stop singing about my own loss and heartache. I got to channel some other emotions and was able to be objective about the material.”

Greg Laswell是个人最喜欢的几位独立音乐人之一。这首Your Ghost，虽是翻唱，却依然有着Greg独有的哀婉印记。期待这张单曲10月6日的发行。
